Baby bats babble while learning their calls

Greater sac-winged bat pups repeat syllables with a steady rhythm while they practice. They also imitate parts of the adult calls they hear around the roost.

Before the night flights and grown-up songs, there is a small bat going ba-ba-ba on a tree.
