Uranus travels around the Sun on its side
Uranus is tilted by almost 98 degrees, so its equator is nearly at a right angle to its orbit. From far away, the blue-green planet looks like a ball rolling around the Sun.
Most planets spin like tops. Uranus chose the scenic roll.
