A marrow scoop has a different-sized spoon at each end
In the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, this long silver tool was used to reach soft marrow inside cooked bones. Its two narrow scoops fit openings of different sizes.
One handle, two tiny scoops, and no need to guess which end will fit.
