Triton circles Neptune in the opposite direction
Triton is the only large moon that orbits against the direction its planet rotates. Despite its deep cold, Voyager 2 also saw active geysers sending icy material above the surface.
Neptune turns one way. Triton calmly takes the other route, with two little plumes behind it.
